One of Dr. Mara’s greatest dreams is to revolutionize clinical research in the Philippines, but she knows cannot do it alone. To do so, she must not only inspire from a distance; she must also actively educate. For the past few years she has lectured and mentored many of her colleagues, helping create groundbreaking, Filipino research. Dr. Mara recently completed a 17-lecture series on Clinical Research for the Cardiology Fellows and Internal Medicine Residents of the University of Santo Tomas and Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center. Our Dr. Mara is an excellent one (wo)man show! Congratulations!
